First English language edition (print number not stated) oversized hardcover copy of Paper Currency of Mexico 1822-1971 by Carlos Gaytan (Don Gabriel International, 1972). Scarce history book showcasing the wide variety of paper currently bills in circulation in Mexico from 1822 until the publication of this volume. Richly illustrated and with photographs.

Jacket now protected in new (removable) archival sleeve but with some rubbing/scuffing to faces and shelf wear around the edges. Boards are straight and clean but with corners and edges bumped. A few instances of mildly split binding though spine is straight and binding remains fairly firm on the whole. All pages clean and unmarked. See photos for condition. Packaged with care and shipped via USPS Media Mail
